I love a good contest! The contest for the month also introduces us to reconciliACTION through the Legacy Schools program provided b the Gord Downie & Chanie Wendack fund.Take a peak at the Legacy Schools Poster contest. The link to the info deck gives more details about the free school program made available to any school in Canada. To be eligible for the contest your school must be a registered Legacy School.


If you search the site, you will see that you can also apply to have an artist ambassador visit your school.

Once you’ve signed up to be a Legacy School you will:
• receive a Legacy Schools Toolkit with:
• Secret Path Book
• Legacy School poster, stickers, and t-shirt
• a USB key or link to an amazing array of vetted educational resources
• curriculum, worksheets and learning tools
• ReconciliACTION Guidebook with suggestions and examples to help engage your own school community

Hey there and thanks for your inquiry.  I use a standard corrugated cardboard trifold and thread a string through holes that I've punched through the adjoining sides.
