The theme this month centers around spring showcases.
As an art teacher, I begin planning my showcases in September.
I hang my two dimensional work on brown packing paper from large 12 ft trifolds. With every successive assignment that I take in to correct, I make a point of tacking select pieces of art to the brown paper backing. Then with binder clips, I hang them from the trifolds which pop up to be displayed at various events during the year.
They fold away nicely and by the time April rolls around I have approximately 8-10 three panel trifolds that I shape as pillars and simply pop them up to display. I’ll add tables for three dimensional art work and easels with framed pieces.

It becomes a complete collection that celebrates the year and showcases everyone.
Could you tell us what material your tri-folds are constructed out of, and how you secure them together that way?
